Our Billet Head for the Polaris 850 Patriot is an easy way to bolt on some easy power.  We have changed the combustion chamber design to produce a quicker revving motor and to make more horsepower and torque. You can expect a 6-8 horsepower gain with huge torque gains with these heads depending on the model. 

Our Billet Head for the Polaris 850 Patriot is an easy way to bolt on some easy power.  We have changed the combustion chamber design to produce a quicker revving motor and to make more horsepower and torque. You can expect a 6-8 horsepower gain with huge torque gains with these heads depending on the model.   We have two different version of Mountain Series heads for the Polaris 850 Patriot motor.  One is designed for 3000 feet elevation and higher.  The second is designed for 6000 feet elevation and higher.

These heads work amazingly well!  They make power that you can feel!! They also install quite easily. 

These heads work great on stock and ported motors.  No Fuel Controller needed on a stock motor!!

Premium fuel, 91 or higher octane required 

The Mountain Series Billet Head Kits come with one beautiful looking head cover and 2 domes.  Extra domes are available for different elevations and applications.
